class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kao osniva\u010da Automaticity-a, \u010desto me pitaju o pokreta\u010dkoj snazi koja stoji iza osnivanja na\u0161e kompanije. Za mene to je kulminacija skoro decenije QA iskustva i duboko usa\u0111ena strast ka testiranju softvera.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); background-color: transparent;\">Tokom svoje karijere vodio sam timove u raznim presti\u017enim organizacijama, usmeravaju\u0107i ih ka dostizanju rigoroznih standarda kvaliteta. Razli\u010diti projekti su obele\u017eili moje putovanje, od kojih je svaki predstavljao svoj jedinstveni skup izazova, i kroz sve to, ostao sam nepokolebljiv u svojoj posve\u0107enosti da pru\u017eim ni\u0161ta osim izvrsnosti.<\/span><\/p><p>Jedna zna\u010dajna prekretnica u mojoj karijeri bila je moja uloga ambasadora okvira (framework-a) Cypress. Ovo iskustvo ne samo da je obogatilo moje tehni\u010dko znanje, ve\u0107 mi je i usadilo duboko po\u0161tovanje prema mo\u0107i automatizacije u vo\u0111enju efikasnosti i preciznosti u QA procesima.<\/p><p>Me\u0111utim, usred svih ovih iskustava, jedna stvar je postala potpuno jasna \u2014 potreba za promenom paradigme u svetu QA, koja daje prednost kvalitetu iznad svega. Ova spoznaja me je inspirisala da krenem na put osnivanja Automaticity-a.<\/p><p>U Automaticity-u, na\u0161a misija je jednostavna, ali duboka \u2013 da redefini\u0161emo standarde kvaliteta u testiranju softvera. Verujemo u pristup koji integri\u0161e manuelne i automatizovane metodologije testiranja, koriste\u0107i najbolje iz oba sveta za postizanje neuporedivih rezultata.<\/p><p>Ali na\u0161a vizija se\u017ee dalje od puke izvrsnosti. Te\u017eimo da uspostavimo prvo \u010dvori\u0161te automatizacije u Srbiji, pionirsku inicijativu koja \u0107e pokrenuti na\u0161u kompaniju napred i doprineti rastu i razvoju lokalnog tehnolo\u0161kog ekosistema.<\/p><p>\u0160tavi\u0161e, moja strast za mentorstvom i osna\u017eivanjem drugih bila je pokreta\u010dka snaga za osnivanje Automaticity-a.
